Reservations/Event Coordination
The High Meadow Ranch Recreation Center Facility refers to the Basketball Pavilion, Baseball Field, Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool and Kitchenette, Walking Track, Playground and Pond with Island. When a resident or property owner would like to reserve the pavilion, swimming pool and/or kitchen space for a function, the following guidelines must be followed:
- Contact AMI Property Management to determine availability.
- Complete the Recreation Center Release & Indemnity/Reservation Request Forms listed under Documents & Forms and send to AMI along with deposit checks.
- Be aware of the usage, alarm, key and clean-up requirements as stated on the Reservation Form.
When a resident or property owner would like to schedule the baseball field or basketball court for team practices, a reservation should be made with AMI Property Management. Otherwise, facilities will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis (see softball/baseball field for more information). Tennis and basketball courts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, unless HMR organizes community sports that will use the courts.
