The High Meadow Ranch Community Association Board of Directors has set forth the following guidelines for the use of association's facilities for baseball practice. These guidelines are effective March 4, 2003 until such time that the HMRCA Board amends them, unless otherwise noted.
1. The coach of the team requesting to use the field must be a High Meadow Ranch (HMR) property owner. 2. Teams will need to request in advance of the baseball season their desired practice days and times. The days available for practices are Monday through Thursday. The request shall also include the coach's name and contact information. Assignment of practice days and times will be the sole discretion of the HMRCA. 3. Practices will be limited to a total of two teams per season, two practices per week per team. 4. Every team using the ball field is required to furnish a Certificate of Insurance for General Liability Insurance to the HMRCA Activity Director. The insurance shall be endorsed to provide that: • The members of the team's insurers waive their right of subrogation against High Meadow Ranch Community Association and its officers and members. • The team's insurers name High Meadow Ranch Community Association, its officers, and members as additional insured. • Such insurance is primary over any insurance coverage maintained by High Meadow Ranch Community Association. 5. The coach or an HMR property owner must be present at all times during practices to ensure that these guidelines are being met. 6. All supplies, equipment, and belongings shall be removed from the facility upon completion of every practice. 7. The facility shall be left clean upon completion of every practice. 8. The basketball pavilion and tennis court are NOT to be used by the team regardless of weather conditions or other circumstances. 9. All vehicles, ATV's, golf carts, motorbikes and all other motorized vehicles must stay in the parking lot. 10. No dogs or other animals are allowed at the recreation center at any time during the practices.
Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in the loss of the privilege to use the field.
If you have any questions regarding the guidelines listed above, please contact the Rec Center Director.
